Amalia Foods LLC was founded by the owner of Dear Diary Coffee for the purposes of food manufacturing.

In 2024, Dear Diary Coffee stopped selling its pastries, latte powders, and syrups to other coffee shops, but still produces these things in-house for their own menu and retail offerings.
